The IX COSME Gender Economics Workshop (GEW) took place on May 26-27, 2016 at the Ramon Areces Foundation. The public conference by Professor Sara de la Rica on “Gender Gaps over the Life-Cycle in Spain”, the invited lecture by Professor Claudia Olivetti on “Career Women and the Durability of Marriage” and many of the papers presented during the two days Workshop got the attention of the media.
