The XIV COSME Gender Economics Workshop (GEW) will take place on May 26-27, 2022 at Ramón Areces Foundation in Calle Vitruvio, 5, Madrid, Spain. Our aim is that the workshop will be held face-to-face but, of course, this will be contingent on the potential evolution of the epidemiological situation. COSME is a subcommittee of the Spanish Economic Association that evaluates and promotes the situation of women economists in academia. The workshop aims to provide researchers with a forum for presenting and discussing research on gender economics.SubmissionsBoth theoretical and empirical papers are welcome. Preference will be given, conditional on quality, to authors who have not presented in the last meeting. The workshop will include about 10 presentations. The keynote speakers will be Camile Landais (LSE) and Laura Hospido (Banco de España).Please use this link for submissions before January 29, 2022. Only one submission per author is permitted. Decisions of acceptance or rejection will be sent out no later than March 2, 2022.RegistrationThere are no registration fees, but participants should cover their own travel and accommodation expenses. There are a limited number of places for non-presenters.
