SOCIAL EVENTS

RECEPTION- COCKTAIL. Thursday 10, 21.00 h

The Official Reception-Cocktail will be at CaixaForum Girona (Building Fontana d’Or; Address: Ciutadans, 19), 20 minutes walking distance from the venue. Please hand in the invitation (with your accreditation) at the main door.

CONFERENCE DINNER. Friday 11, 21.30 h

The Conference Dinner will be at Hotel AC Palau Bellavista (Address: Pujada dels Polvorins). Please hand in the invitation (with your accreditation) at the main door.

Shuttle buses to Hotel AC Palau Bellavista will depart from Hotel Double Tree by Hilton at 21 hours and stop at Plaça Catalunya a few minutes later. Buses will also be available after the conference dinner.
