| 30 April | Submissions begin for both Contributed and PhD Students Sessions. |
| 30 June | Deadline for submissions. |
| 6 September | Deadline for submissions to the SAE PhD. School. |
| 15 September | Decisions on submissions. |
| Early registration and hotel reservations begin. | |
| 15 October | Deadline for selected students to confirm they accept the grant. |
| The acceptation email will specify which students have been selected for the grant. This will be done by registering to present at the SAEe. | |
| 30 October | Deadline for registration of presenting authors. |
| Deadline for registration at a reduced rate. |
