Registration Fees

Non-student participants of the SAEe 2018 must be members of the Spanish Economic Association. You can become a member through the Spanish Economic Association web page or you can pay the non-member conference fee that includes membership in 2018.

Deadline for registration of presenting authors: 10 november 2018

The conference registration includes admission to scientific sessions, conference materials, certificate of attendance, coffee breaks, meals and social events.

Cancellation/refund policy

Cancellation of conference registration and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing. Cancellation requests received by 15 November 2018 will be charged a 20€ processing cancellation fee. Cancellations received between 15 November 2018 and 30 November 2018 will be refunded 75% of the registration fees paid. After 1 December 2018, no refunds will be granted. Refunds are not given for no-shows. Cancellation requests may be e-mailed to saee2018@uc3m.es.

Grants for students

Fundación Ramón Areces and the Spanish Economic Association award 50 grants each for graduate students who are presenting a paper at SAEe. Students applying for a grant must submit a paper before 15 September 2018, the grant recipients will be announced by 15 October 2018 and the registration should be completed by 25 October 2018 (the same deadline for all presenters). Job Market candidates do not need to apply for the grants. The Scientific Committee will select 100 papers that, according to its quality, will be entitled to receive this grant, which will cover the registration fee (see here for additional information).
