SERIEs

SERIEs- Journal of the Spanish Economic Association is the result of the merger between the two most important academic journals in Spain in the area of economics: Spanish Economic Review (SER) and Investigaciones Económicas (IE). SERIEs publishes scientific articles in all areas of economics, and welcomes both theoretical and empirical papers, maintaining a high standard of quality. SERIEs aims to maintain the reputation of its predecessors and achieve international recognition.

Finally, as the official journal of the Spanish Economic Association, SERIEs aims to be the natural place to publish high quality empirical work on the Spanish and European economies.

SERIEs Awards

The SERIEs Award has been created by the Spanish Economic Association to promote and encourage the submission of research articles with high quality standards to SERIEs-Journal of the Spanish Economic Association. The Prize, created in 2014, biannually awards a prize for the best article published in the journal SERIEs in the last four years. The selection of the winning article is based on scientific excellence and is made by a committee of three researchers appointed by the Executive Committee of the AEE. The award is presented at the Presidential Address session of the Spanish Economic Association Symposium (SAEe).
